  SERVANT (White)

Budding: Quite late (more than one week after Chasselas).

Ripeness: Late, 4th stage (i.e. 6 to 8 weeks after Chasselas, end of September or beginning of October).

Vigor: Very high. Usually, goblet pruning is required, but light pruning is also possible.

Production: Average (1 to 2 kilograms per vine-stock). Medium-sized bunches of grapes. Spherical medium-sized grapes, white to amber rose when completely ripened. Thick skin, juicy and melting pulp.

Conclusion: This very late white grape conserves well on vine-stock. Harvest may be carried out until the end of November. If you wish to eat the grapes for Christmas, you can hang them up in a cellar.
