DATTIER DE BEYROUTH (White)

Budding: Quite late, (more than a week after Chasselas).

Ripeness: 3rd stage, more than 4 weeks after Chasselas (i.e. end of August in optimal conditions).

Vigor: High. Light pruning highly recommended.

Production: High (8 to 10 kilograms per vine-stock). Quite large, conical and straggly bunches of grapes. Ellipsoidal, very large, fleshy and golden white grapes. Tastes like sugared water.

Conclusion: Perfect for raisins. Successful combination between vigor and quality. Highly suitable for trellis works and pergolas.
